my husband has the custody of my two children because i give to him like 6 moths ago, and im leaving his house can i get back the custody so he can pay me child suport

I assume that he has custody pursuant to a Court order, and that it's a final order, not a temporary order.

In order to modify such an order, you have to be able to prove that there has been a change in circumstances. What has changed in the past six months?

And you'll need a lawyer for this. He will get money up front.
