Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband has 2 daughters with his ex. She is not letting us see them. We don't have the money to hire a lawyer, but I'm hoping there's a way around this. What can we do? He pays child support, but missed his first court date after they separated, due to the fact that the notice went to his old address. We're not really trying to get custody, but he has the right to see his kids!

1. Get a certified copy of last legal document.

2. Follow the visitation instructions in the legal document.

3. Take the police, sheriff or constable out to her house when he goes to pick up the kids at the designated time in the legal document. Call the policing agency ahead of time and ask them to escort him to the house. Show them the legal document and ask them to ask her to make her release the kids to him.

It MIGHT work.
