My husband and I are going through a divorce. He moved out 3 weeks ago. We were living in his father's home that my husband and I paid the mortgage for and renovated. I am still paying for the renovations, as my husband is making little to nothing at the moment because of a layoff. His parents and him are trying to evict me immediately. Can he do this?
