Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

me and my husband are trying to get a divorce and so right now we are seperated he lives is life and i live mine....is there anyway that he can use the fact that i am talking to and have male friends in court? and if he can what is it called? and what will it mean for me and my kids?

"Male friends" is not a problem. If you think about, statistically, there is a 50% chance that any friend you have will be male.

I assume that you haven't committed adultery.

I recommend that people don't date or have "male friends" while they are married.

In fact, I recommend that people take at least a year off from dating after they divorce.

I believe that it is important to end one relationship before beginning a new one.

It is important to go through the mourning process of the end of a relationship (divorce) just like going through the death of any loved one before moving onto a new relationship. Rushing into a new relationship is unhealthy. You need time to determine who you are as a person.
