Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband and I are going through a Divorce. We share a seven month old daughter. He left us and now wants to come back home. I dont want to be married to him any longer. 3 weeks ago the judge ordered a temp order in my favor, father gets the child 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend and pays 1000 per month child support. My husband has appealed and now hired an attorney and they are asking for an associate judge for our next hearing. Should I be worried. My husband wants my daughter every other week. I do not have an attorney.

You definately need to hire an attorney.
The associate judge's ruling can be appealed back to the main judge unless you agree NOT to make the associate judge's rulings appealable.
Since you "won" with the main judge the first time, I assume that you would want to go back to the main judge again if the associate judge ruled against you.
