Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and I are getting a divorce after 4 years of marriage. He signed the Waiver of Service, and we have both seen the Original Petition for Divorce. Now, a few weeks later, he decided that he wants geographical restrictions added for me and our 2 kids and wont sign until they are added into the agreed divorce decree. Is there a way since he has already signed the waiver that I can finish up this divorce?!

The waiver he signed is a waiver of service of citation. If you don't have an agreement about the terms of the final decree, you should ask for a trial setting.
