Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and I divorced and after the divorce I placed a protective order on him. Everything is better now and we wish to get back together. How do I drop the protective order in the state of Texas?

Only the court that issued the protective order can modify or remove the protective order. File a motion with the Court to remove the protective order. Assuming your original protective order was based on legitimate fears, please be extra, extra certain that you really are safe and he is not just trying to sqirm out of paying child support or something like that.
