Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and i divorced in 2010. We are getting remarried in a month. Is that going to null and void our divorce decree from 2010? Such as custody, child support, property?

Read your decree. The property division is (was) final. A remarriage nullifies the custody and visitation aspects regarding your children (who presumably will now be living with both of you).

Be sure to tell the Attorney General that you've remarried.
