Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello! My husband file for a divorce without my knowledge.....plus he acted as he didn't know where I was living when we are living together still...I guess he is traying to keep everything......what can I do?

File a document at the courthouse called "Answer". Put "I deny everything in his petition and ask that he have to prove his allegations." Make 3 copies & file at courthouse - get copies "stamped" by clerk to prove that you fled it. Then hire an attorney to help you immediately. Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for help.
