Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband just filed for custody of his 2 son's from a previous marriage. They are 11 and 13. My husband and his sons were on a daily contact basis until she was served paperwork last week. Since then she has taken away their phones, she won't answer her cell or her home phone, won't return emails. My husband has to pick them up this Friday for visitation and since she's inbetween houses at the moment we don't know where they will be. We're very concerned for their well being since all communication has haulted, with the boys and with his ex. Is there anything we can do?

"In between houses"?

Does she have Facebook? MySpace? That can be a source of residence information.

Send her a letter (paper letter - lick a 44-cent stamp) at her old address and write "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" on the outside.

If your husband just filed for custody, where did he get her served?

Send her some interrogatories, one of which would be "Where do you live?"
