Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband filed for divorce in Aug 31, 2010. He filed for sole managing parent with sole custod y, temp restraining orders, and has only agreed to let me talk to the kids two days a week, on Sun and Wed 8 pm tx time. I am in maryland right now but will be moving to houston tx at the end of Nov . I need to know how to get more talk time with my kids and if I can file for custoday of them having been a stay at home mom for over 17 years and not working except for a few jobs during the entire 17 years of marriage .
