Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Husband filed for a divorce March 7, 2011. We are still living together, he say he love me. I'm confused because the divorce is still pending. Everything is in his name. He filed for a divorce because I discovered he has had a phone relationship and the woman was actually listed on his account since 2006. I snapped, so he say he filed because he feared for his life. What should I do?

It depends on whether or not you want to stay married.

If you want the divorce, you should file an answer and a counterpetition.

If you don't want the divorce, ask him to dismiss the suit he filed.
