Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband filed for divorce, told me i can keep the house but i would have to make the payments on it, which i cant pay. so i was thinking to move to a hotel for a few weeks with my baby but i dont know if its a bad idea. can he take my baby for being "unstable"?

No. Some people have to relocate; it's a fact of life. Just make sure that whatever you do, you take care of the child and provide for it.
