My husband filed a motion for mediation on September 2, 2010. As of Sep. 16, 2010 I have become Pro Se. What is the time limit in responding to this motion and how do I meet the legal requirements in responding?

Is the motion set for a hearing? There is no special time limit for responding to this motion. By the way, it will probably be granted.
