Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex husband has filed for a reduction in his child support, he attached a copy of the first page of his tax return a schedule k 1065 partnership return. I know that when I was married to him that bonuses/ partnership distributions were given out in the first quarter of the next year. I want to know how I can get financials on him and the firm to prove this up. His new wife is also a partner in that firm and I know that they could get creative if they wanted to. I also plan to represent myself due inability to pay an attorney

Use pre-trial discovery. It's a process whereby you get the documents from HIM.
You have to send him (or his lawyer, if he has one) a Request for Production of Documents. There's no limit to the number of categories of documents you can request.
You can also send him INTERROGATORIES that specifically ask him about all income from all sources, including bonuses, overtime, commissions, etc.
