My ex husband filed a TRO and picked up my child from school before the judge signed the paper., is this legal?

Probably not. But if the judge has already signed the paper, then you have to deal with that. Don't focus on the "picked them up early" issue. Focus on why the judge considered you to be such a danger that he signed the TRO. You probably only have a few days left before you have to fight this in court. Good luck!!
