But I suggest that you hire an attorney to assist you since you obviously don't understand TX law.

The TX family law is on the internet. There are many websites about TX law. The Texas Attorney General's office has a lot of information on the internet.

If you live in the Houston area, I charge $2 per minute to sit down with you in person and discuss TX law. That is really cheap.
