Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
my husband and I are filing for divorce.
we both agree that child support is something we would prefer to keep between us, he pays me every other week for the past year and that has worked great for both of us.
is there a way to enter this agreement into our papers so that we do not have to go through the attorney general?

Yes. You do NOT need to have the TX Attorney General involved at all.
I can help you.
713-847-6000.
I am going to be out of town next week, but we can schedule an appointment for after July 4th.
You can both come in or I can meet with one of you.
I am willing to prepare the paperwork and you can do the divorce without hiring an attorney. You would be pro se (representing yourselves). It's cheaper than hiring an attorney. I do this often for people that have worked out the divorce between themselves. I just do the paperwork so the judge will sign the paperwork.
Beware of on-line kits. They don't sell you the TX and Harris county required forms that the judges require. My rates are very competitive and I sell you want you really need to get the job done right!
Check out my website. I've been licensed over 18 years. You might find someone cheaper but I don't sell you garbage. I sell a quality product that works! And I'm a licensed TX attorney.
