Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband finally retired last fall and in our divorce agreement I was to receive part of his savings and retirement plans(401k). We filed a Qdro with his former company. He accepted one check late last fall that I was unaware that I was to receive a percentage of that for the 24 years we were married. He rolled it over into two IRA's knowing it was meant to be divided. Then I waited for 6 months for the rest to be sent. He finally had all of it sent to him a couple weeks ago and said he will give me my half and include what I was suppossed to get from the previous amount. Now he is claiming it will take months for it to clear the bank. He had it sent directly to the bank. Any advice,how do I get to collect,since the seperate payments were not followed as in the QDRO.

Hire an attorney and file a motion to enforce the property division--seek contempt and jail time for your ex.
