Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Husband has full custody of his three children since 2005. His ex-wife has never paid any child support payments and continues to try and address this issue. She has always moved from house to house however when we finally are able to get correct address the papers never get served. The status of the papers being served to her showing insuffecient/inaccurate address. I'm curious to how this process works as it seems she answers the door and gives another name and then they walk away without serving her. Do you have to give identifcation when being served?

No.

It sounds like you need an aggressive attorney and process server to serve her.

I've served people in restaurants, bars and at locations where we've "set them up" so we knew that they would be there at a certain time to sell a car.

I've never had this problem. In fact, one lady claimed she had not been served. The process server came to court and said "yes that is the lady I served". The judge said "lady, you've been served" and proceeded with the case.

I can't understand the problem.
