Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my ex husband and his girlfriend are parting ways.He has major health problems.His family and girlfriend are now saying everything falls to my 19 year old daughter. Im confused and need help.

I don't understand your question. What "falls" to your daughter? His care? No. His inheritance if he does not have a will? Yes - 100% if she is his only child.
