My husband hacked my email, and is now using my incriminating messages against me? Can he get in trouble for wrongfully and spiritually use them against me?

I assume that he is wanting a divorce. If so, hire an attorney immediately. It's difficult to get emails into evidence. Also, it is important if the computer is your company computer or a shared home computer.
