Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
What if my husband is hiding assets and I can't find them as they may be held by another party or in cash? Can you recommend a calculator developed for this purpose for tracking of income, assets and debt to at least prove the funds should be somewhere?

I assume that there is a divorce pending. If that is the case, you would first do some extensive pre-trial discovery.
Of course, your husband can lie in his discovery answers, even though he's committing perjury by doing so.
Your ultimate remedy is to ask the Judge to order that any undisclosed asset is awarded to the party NOT in possession. That way, if you find the $100,000.00 bank account after the divorce is final, it will belong to you.
