Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Husband has not honored divorce decree

My husband has not honored the stipulations from our divorce decree. He is supposed to pay me $500 monthly, my car payment, car and medical insurance for a year. He paid my car note for nearly a year but then it was repossessed. The other stipulations have not been honored at all. The divorce was finalized June 2005 and we do not have children together. What can I do? Thank you.

The provisions that you are relying on are part of a court order. You can pursue contempt against your X for failing to comply with a court order.
