Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

husband got house, now he won't pay mortgage

My ex-husband and I divorced in 1995. He was awarded the house in the divorce. Until recently, he paid the mortgage (my name is still on the mortgage) on time. In the past few months he has been late and it is affecting my credit. I've contacted the mortgage company and asked for my name to be taken off, but they refused. Do I have any legal grounds to force him to either sell the house or refinance it? If so, how do I go about it?
