The only way to remove a person from the place he/she is living is to have a judge remove the person.

1. The first option requires an eviction. It takes awhile. How long is awhile? Sometimes over a month.

Plus, you have to have a reason to evict a person from their "home".

2. The other alternative is to file for divorce and ask for temporary orders. This is also going to take awhile. Around the Christmas time, courts are taking time off for the holidays so it might take awhile to get in front of a judge and get a hearing to get a man removed from his place of residence. Again, I can't predict how long it will take to get a court date since I don't know what county you live in.

Those are the only 2 ways to remove a person from the place they are living that I can think of.

I suggest that you talk to a family law (divorce) attorney in your area about your options.
