Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband is in jail, and we have been seperated for 6 years now, I am a single mom of 2 one of the child is his. Is there anyway, I can get divorced from him fast and non-expensive?

I don't know how expensive the lawyers are in Houston, but this divorce shouldn't cost much. I bet you don't have a custody battle.

You certainly won't have any problem getting him served - he can't evade the process server.

You should go online and send emails to some lawyers in your area, and shop for a price.
