my husband and I have joint managing conservatorship of our grand daughter (age 2), the childs mother is actually my step daughter. my husband and i have the exclusive right to designate the primary residence of the child. my husband and i are having marital problems, that are not reconcilable. my question is how would a divorce be filed, is the child included and do my husband and i have the right to fight for custody of her?
