Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband has been leaving our home and staying in motels since the end of December (a total of 17 nights). He has not stayed there at all since 3/17. He wants to come in and out as he pleases in order to see our daughter. What legal rights do I have to keep him out of the house?

If you're tired of this, then file for divorce and seek an ex parte TRO keeping him out of the house or ask for temporary orders giving you exclusive possession and use of the residence.
