Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband said his leaving to my kids but doesnt talk to me at all. And i dont make enough money to support myself or pay bills. He sold my car an will not help me get another. He also won lottery an spent it all now telling me to do my own taxes. Can i file by myself and not have to be pay for thing's he did. I dont know what i can do an i can afford a place or food by myself

I assume that when you say "file by myself" you're talking about filing a tax return.

You would file your tax return "married filing separately." You should go see an accountant about this.

If you're talking about filing for divorce, you should contact Legal Aid of Northwest Texas at (214) 748-1234.

If your husband controls all the money, perhaps the judge will order him to help pay your legal fees. You need to file for divorce with temporary orders so you can get some financial assistance to survive while the divorce is pending.
