Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband left me July 29th, 2010. I filed for divorce in Nov. 2010. We are not divorce yet. The Deed to the house is in both names. Now he wants to come back and live in the house. Can he do that? I live in Texas.

Change the locks on the house.

And consider getting temporary orders.
