husband left property

my husband moved out and left some of his personal things, ie tools, hunting things, behind, I asked him repeatly to come and get them, can I sell them or give them away

What is the status of your relationship? Has anyone filed for divorce? Are there any court orders in effect?

Generally speaking, do not dispose of property of value. It is not worth the cost of attorney fees to fight about it later. For now, box it up until a judge disposes of the personal property.
