Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband and i are legally married. we aren't legally separated but havent been together since last may. He continues to say that he is going to pay for the divorce but hasn't. I struggle paying for all my bills alone and can't afford to get the ball rolling. He is in the military and get's more BAH for being married to me. I havent seen any money. he paid a few months of my car insurance, then got it canceled for not paying it, then had to set up a new insurance policy that he is "paying" now. Can i do anything to get repaid for my struggles over this past year?

Probably not. Spouses have a duty to support each other, but there is no duty to maintain two households.
