Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my husband and i were married on 4/20/2007 and seperated on 7/28/2008, we have a three year old son together and he was born 4/28/2007 only 8 days after our marriage. Could I recieve a annulment on the grounds of duress? I was soooo pregnant, i was only 16 (my mother consented) and i was being told if i had a baby out of wedlock i was going to hell. are these enough grounds for an annulment?

You wouldn't qualify for an annulment. You lived with him for too long after you got married.

Why not just get a divorce?

Sorry, you do not have grounds for an annulment in Texas.

You will need to just file for a divorce.
