Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband was married before an in ther divorce it states he gets the house and the cabin the catch is if he sells it she gets half she in return has to provide the insurance on it now it has been 7 yrs and we married in april does that void it or if we dont sell an down the road he passes an i sell it would i have to give her half

Was the house paid for when he divorced the first wife? Did he make payments on the house after teh divorce?

Him remarrying doesn't "void" anything.

If he dies and you dispose of the house, yes, you would have to pay her.
