Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
if me and my husband were married but did not turn in the license, is this common law marriage and if so...am I entitled to our assets, investments and cash if we have been conducting business as married couple and have a child and buying a house and several other things? I need to know my rights as a wife. thanks

It sounds like you have a common law marriage. I would highly recommend that you sit down with an experienced family law attorney in your county and discuss your case.
