MY HUSBAND AND I WERE MARRIED FOR 10 YEARS, SEPARTED FOR ALMOST A YEAR IN 1996, i GOT PREGANT BY ANOTHER MAN, MY HUSBAND AND I GOT BACK TOGETHER, I ALLOWED BIO DAD TO TERMINATE RIGHTS AND HUSBAND WAS GOING TO ADOPT AND NEVER DID, MY SON ONLY KNOWS MY NOW EX HUSBAND AS HIS FATHER. WE DIVORCED ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO AND HE INTIMIDATED ME INTO NOT ASKING FOR CHILD SUPPORT ON MY NOW 14 YR OLD SON. i'M STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET AND MY SON NEEDS MENTAL HEATLH CARE AND I CAN'T AFFORD THE MEDICATION AND EVERYTHING ELSE IT TAKES TO CARE FOR A CHILD ALONE. CAN I GO AFTER CHILD SUPPORT NOW ON MY CHILDS "STEP DAD"?
