Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband went to Mexico to settle his mother's 500 acer. after she passed away on saturday. Now I find out he has married another women and will not return my phone calls. Please help

I doubt that he is legally maried in Mexico since he has not divorced you. I'm sure the Mexican authorities do not know he was married.

You should just file for divorce. You're not going to get any of the property in Mexico that he inherited from his family because it would be separate property.
