Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my husband moved to pa. from tx. 2 yrs ago with our kids. Me and the kids came to tx a month ago just for a vacation. I decided recently to make it a permanent thing and stay here b/c me and my husband are miserable. I received a registered letter today from him and his lawyer requesting emergency custody of the kids. What are my rights? Can he really make my kids move back? Thank you..

Depends on the law in PA. You must live in Texas for 6 months to establish residency here. You need to consult with a PA divorce lawyer.
