Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband got an order of protection on me in september of 2009 and it will be over september of 2010, in the order he got tempary custody although i get to see our son every other weekend so he is not protected in the order. The order is soon coming to an end and the last day of it is my weekend to have our son so since the order will no longer stand does that mean the tempary custody no longer stans either since it was granted in the protection? In other words can i keep my son and not give him back the day the order of protection in over? Please help I want my son back home with me.

It would be dangerous for a long-distance lawyer (like me) to give you advice about a court order that he's never seen. You need to take this order to a lawyer and let him advise you.
