Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband is paying child support for three children, but one is now married and the middle child is now 19 and out of school for a year. We were told that this is a Registry Only case and that we will have to contact the District Clerk. The Distric Clerk informed us that we will have to do a Modification of Child Support, in which case we will need an attorney. This is not possible, since we are struggling so severely at this time, is there any way for us to proceed with this ourselves and if so, where do we obtain the necessary forms?

You'd file a motion for modification; I doubt that there are any forms for it online. Go to your local courthouse, to the law library, and ask the librarian where you'd find a book of family law forms (the librarians aren't allowed to give legal advice). Make some copies, go home, and turn on your word processor.
But your best bet is to hire a lawyer. This is a MONEY case. Every month that goes by that you don't get the order modified is a month that you owe the higher child support amount, and you can't change it (the modification can't go back any farther than the date ex-wife was served). When you hire a lawyer, you aren't spending money, you're making money.
I am willing to sell you the forms. However, it is a complex case. I assume that the ex won't agree to anything so you will need to serve her the papers and set it for a hearing.
I charge $150 an hour to do the paperwork and try to explain to you how to do it yourself.
I don't guarantee that it will work since this is not a simple case.
