Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband has been paying child support for a child for the past 8 years. The mother has not allowed him to see the child for the past 5 years. He has just found out that the child is not his. Can he sue her for all the money that was paid to her?

No. It's too late.

I'm assuming that he's been paying child support under an ORDER. Is that the case?
