Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband currently pays child support but his ex is very bitter that they split so she has mentioned taking us to court to get more money since he is married. Can they take my income also or raise it since I have income coming in as well? We have a baby so my income is to support our child because his goes all to bills, car and house payments and only leaves us very little left over for things.

His child support is based on HIS net resources.

If you file joint tax returns or have joint bank accounts then this can be "discovered" and the ex will learn how much money you make.

Your husband needs to hire an attorney to protect his rights.
