Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my husband are having a problem with his ex wife. She has his daughter and we have his son. Every other weekend they are both with us and the next weekend she has them both. She is now withholding the daughter from us. We have two police reports and getting a 3rd report also a cps case were she chocked the son on his last visit to his mom. We are not made of money, is there someway we can inforce the custody orders with me and husband going to court with out an attorney?

You really can't do this without a lawyer.

You sue her for contempt for violating the court order. The court sets a "show cause" hearing that Mom is ordered to attend. The court can fine her, jail her, or both. And the court can award attorney's fees to you (not that you're likely to be able to collect them).
