Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband just recieved a child support review process letter. He doesnt even know if he is the father to this 16 yr. girl. The mother and the child are both illegaly here.. If they dont have papers and living here illegaly can she still file for child support here in the u.s

Yes.

The CSRP procedure is voluntary. If your husband simply stays home that day (ignores the invitation), the only consequence will be that he will eventually be served with a lawsuit.

And I suggest that he NOT go to the CSRP meeting, and wait to let it all go through the courts. It's better to have your dispute in front of a judge than in front of a child support officer who's never been to law school.
