Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband is remarried and sueing me for child support he has paid to me claiming he is not the biological father. How do I respond to his summons denying alligations and requesting the divorce decree stay the same?

Mr. Engelke is right. These are serious allegations with serious consequences, and you should not take any chances. If your income is limited, many qualified attorneys will work with you on a payment plan. If you are indigent, contact the State Bar in Austin for referrals to low cost/probono representation in your area. Don't waste time, as there are deadlines involved.
