Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband didn't remove my name from a debt, then filed bankruptcy including this debt in the bankruptcy. Our divorce clearly stated he was responsible for the debt, I paid it off ($15,000) in order to save my credit. Do I have grounds to file a judgement against him & if so what is the process? State of Texas.
