Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex husband reopened the child custody when he moved back into town and now we are going back to court for our children ages 20,18,17 and 15 he took the boys 17,and 15 and I have the girls I lost my job last year when I filed for workmans comp.and to this day Im not able to work as of right now im getting whats left of unemployment which is nothing.I would like to know what will happen if the father is making over 25 dollars an hour will I have to pay child support. I was to get medical at my job but I was fired so I got medicade and he pays 16$ a week for my 18year old that lives with me.

Your facts are a little confusing, but from what you've written I think you will have to pay support on the to younger kids based on your actual income.
