Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex husband sees my son about once every two years, no phone calls in between, just a two or three hour visit. This is hard for us, as my son is only six years old. My ex husband pays his child support regularly. I hesitate to let him see my son this time because like I said, two years have passed since he has seen him and my son doesn't even know who he is. I have been remarried for three years and we don't speak of my ex husband. Do I have any rights?
