Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and I have been separated since I found out he'd been cheating. He is currently getting out of the army. If we divorce after he gets out will it be treated as purely a civilian case or will it still be considered military?

Once he's out of the Army, he's a civilian again.

If he's getting out soon, you should go ahead and file now. There's a mandatory waiting period of 60 days before you can get a final hearing.
